Go for it on your ribs and maybe changing the colors atleast so you dont look like a total copycat.

Maybe changing the blue to something else and some more design that you like.

Aw, I really want a tattoo done! :P

The third and fourth ones are lovely!

The lily (second one) was simple and cute enough but a bit boring.
The first one's nice too, and I love the swirls, makes the tattoo even more interesting, but the third or fourth ones caught my eye.

If I were you, I'd love to have three butterflies :)
But really, it kinda depends on where you're gonna get it done.
