Okay. I love stars, hearts, and butterflies. The stars are more of a meaning type of deal. But, to make it cuter,i like butterflies and hearts. However, if i don't find a really cute design that has all three, i'll just get stars. But yeah! Help me out!!!!

What kind of tattoo should my friend and i get?

My friend and i were recently hit by a car.
We luckily survived, obviously :)
Now we want to get matching tattoos to celebrate the fact that we are alive & well.
Any ideas on what we should get?
Something girly.

they are a number of things you could get, but since you did survive i suggest getting a plant, leaf or tree, because all of those symbolize life. here are some pretty plant related things i found:

Okay im going to get a tattoo like this for my birthday in Jan. i just have a few questions before i get it done.
1.about how long do you think it will take?
2.about how much do you think it will cost? (i know every place is diffrent i just want a hint around about how much)
3.how painful do you think it could be since it is on the foot going up the leg?

ooh thats going to be painful sorry no way to get around it and oh i cringe at that if done right it will be beautiful if not it might scar easily since its by the heel and alot of rubbing is going on try to find a 3 to 4 day time where you get the tattoo and dont wear any should that will chafe as money cost that much ink anywhere from 150 250 USD and not more then one 2 to 3 hr session. it will be painful but if its what you want it will be worth it remember dont use any petroleum based creams or soaps on it it will make it fade fast and dont itch it slap it if you half to and buy week 2 you wont notice it at all have talk to your artist and while your binging inked it will help with the pain bring a friend along to talk to and calm you down if needed i didnt but then again i got mine done kinda a whim i knew i wanted it but never had the time and one day i was with a friend out of town and just got it

i think it would be cute to each get half a butterfly (somewhere like your wrist or foot) so that apart it looks like a side profile of a butterfly, but u can put the two together to make a whole butterfly with the wings open. also Butterflies symbolize new life so in a way it can symbolize the new friendship that u will be gaining after so many years apart!

Put time into it. Go to all the tattoo artists in your area and find which ones specialize in japanese style tattoos. You should follow these rules when deciding on who to do your tattoo. 1.)CHECK PORTFOLIOS.. 2.)SHOP AROUND.. 3.)DONT GO TO THE FIRST GUY THAT GIVES A GOOD PRICE, GOOD TATTOOS ARENT CHEAP AND CHEAP TATTOOS AREN'T GOOD. 4.) BE UNIQUE, HAVE THE ARTIST DRAW YOU A CUSTOM PIECE, DONT SETTLE FOR A PIECE OF FLASH THAT HAS BEEN DONE ON THE REST OF THE COUNTRY 5.)DONT BE AFRAID TO SAY NO, IF YOU DONT LIKE SPECIFICS ON A TATTOO, TELL THEM TO CHANGE IT, IF YOU ARENT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH IT AND THE ARTIST CANT GET IT THE WAY YOU WANT, CHOSE ANOTHER ARTIST!! I want to get a tattoo, although I probably won't for a few years (underage). But I was wondering what kind of design I should get. And where I should put it. I had 2 sisters that both have tattoos in between their shoulder blades. And I was thinking to get mine there too, but I'm not sure. I'm also thinking about getting a tree of life. See, I'm into natural stuff, like the tree of life, the OM sign, stuff like that. I want something that is deep and spiritual, that means something, not just some butterfly. Help?

This is such a huge decision because it will be with you forever. It is better to not choose one based on a poll or what you think is cool at the time, but something that has real significance to you personally.

How many would cost me a 3 inches height and 2 inches width tattoo?

You are charged by time spent doing the tattoo.
There is a minimum shop price for under 1 hr. = usually $50 - $75
After that there is an hourly cost = usually $100 - $ 150

You talk to your tattoo artist, and he/she gives you an estimate. Then you sign an agreement to this cost. If it takes longer than the estimate, you will not be charged more, unless more is added to your tattoo design.

You should not look for the cheapest place to get a tattoo. You will end up with a bad tattoo, and the tattoo is forever. It is better to wait and save your money and go to a reputable and experienced tattoo artist at a good shop.
