I want to get a couple of tattoo's, never had one before. I wanted to get some kinda design for resimble my kids then I wanted to get my boyfriends signiture, small, somewhere on me. Where should I put them, I want them as soon as possible but I can not figure out where to put them.

Any idea's for a tattoo to get for my three kids, I was thinking stars or a butterfly with three stars around it or something. Help please.

places: top of foot, inside ankle, outside ankle, behind ear, back of neck, back bottom right side....

what to get: well first off i'd stear clear from getting any names permanant on ur body.. but if ur just DEAD SET on getting something about ur bf on u then maybe go for a symbol or animal or something along those lines.
EX) my cuz wantd something of her bf on her and we talkd her out of doing a name (thank goodness) and she went with a bear claw and used the middle of the claw as a CD...because his nickname since childhood is bear and hes a dj. and they broke up!! (not saying that is going to happn 2u) and now she atleast has a beutiful design on her body rather than a name she'd be ashamed of!!!

and for your three kids...hmm...stars?? well evn though they are popular now...are they still going to b as popular in 10-15yrs?? butterflies?? overly popular...try to think of something original... what do ur kids like? what are their names? their fav flowers?? what about three different flowers intertwined at the stem?? just keep searching for something and try to make it original as possible...wouldnt u want something permanantly on ur body to be meaningful rather than popularly cute??

I want it either on my foot or something bigger that goes around my ankle and down my foot. Any ideas? All rude comments will just be ignored.
First off...Taurus's rock....that's definitely a good idea.

I have a friend with the rosary tattoo around her ankle and foot and I absolutely love it....I would definitely do something different because of that.
I'm just looking for different ideas....don't worry I won't be making this decision lightly.

im thinking a flower. like a hibiscus flower with a butterfly or something on it. it would look really sweet. but it will hurt more on the foot than say the ankle. i have my zodiac sign(taurus) with a pink rose rapped around it. Jus be creative. You can go to the tattoo shop and tell them you want a couple things into 1 tattoo and they can draw it up for you. They arent there jus to draw on you, they are there to help design your unique tattoo.

Q. I don't want anything big. This would be my first tattoo and most likely my only. I was thinking of getting one on my ankle or my wrist?

Also, what design should I get? I'm a girl :) I don't want a traditional one like a butterfly or a rose or a star. I wanted something unique.

PLEASE oh PLEASE do NOT get a butterfly or something stupid like that.

WE (real) tattoo artists are sick of doing mundane, picked off the wall work, that you saw on your cousins, uncle's wife's babydaddy's mom's ankle.

Be original, draw the design yourself based on what you feel and where the pencil takes you. Then take it to a shop where you get a good vibe from the people behind the counter. If they can fix up the drawing and you like how they feel, then proceed, otherwise...stay a plainskin.

Ok, to start out with, I think you should take this picture and go to a tattoo artist and have them design something like it but something different otherwise your getting the same thing that who knows how many people already have. Like when you see star tattoos on people. Second, you need to think about yourself and what is meaningful to you in your life and google phrases to go along with that. Just asking random strangers for quotes they like is not a very good way to get a tattoo. We don't know you and don't know what is important to you. Think about your life and things that have helped you get to where you are and go from there. Also you don't have to get something written just for the sake of getting something. If you don't already have an idea of something that is important to you, chances are in 30 years whatever you have with that butterfly wont me a thing to you and you will wonder why you ever got it. There is no rush. So if your set on the butterfly get the butterfly and leave the words til something comes to you that you can't live without and have to put on you.
