Self Harm tattoo ideas?

I do still self harm but I know I'll be free one day from it.

I do burn myself and cut.

What kind of tattoo should I get once I'm recovered? I want something bold. Though my ideas are pretty lame at the moment.

my sister and I did self harm. She has "love" tattooed on her wrist. if you've ever heard of the organization "To write love on her arms" they help people who do self harm or so says my sister. The butterfly idea stated above is a good one. And it's a great way to not cut. you can watch the video i'll link below it's a good way to keep from cutting and has helped many people from what i've heard.

Then once you recover you can get a butterfly as a reminder that you surpassed the addiction. I know too well how it is to have cut before. It's hard but I can assure you if you get help, just from anyone, it won't be as hard. Get someone to support you. Have someone draw the butterflies on you that way they mean more to you. I'm sure you can make it through this, stay strong and keep an eye on your goal. You can do this. If it helps I have faith in you :)

Don't do it! Look at it this way - if you had gotten a tattoo 10 years ago what would it have been of? Sponge Bob or something like that? How would you feel about having that tattoo for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE now? In 10 years from NOW I guarantee that you are not going to have the same taste that you do now, but if you get a tattoo you are going to be STUCK with it.

Alright, you need to breathe and relax.

First and foremost, you need to be more prepared than you are.
You need to know what kind of font that you want.
Here's a font generator to help you work that out:

You should take your time and print it out and try it in different places on your chest to see how you like it and how it works with clothing.
You need to realize that the letters can be no smaller than 1/2" to hold up well over time and not blur.
All tattoos spread a bit with time, so lines can not be too close together.
If you want color, then work out that color ahead of time and bring in an example if possible.
You need to understand that ink is injected into your skin, and while your tattoo heals (this takes a month or more), your body grows a protective layer of skin over the tattoo ink. You view the healed tattoo through this layer, like sunglasses. So how dark or light your skin is makes a difference in how the healed tattoo ink color looks.
A professional, experienced tattoo artist will know what colors work well with your skin tone and color, and what will hold up well over time. (whites and pastels fade, stronger darker colors work best with darker skin etc.)
As to pain level, it is no big deal, but it really does not matter.
If you want a tattoo, then breathe, relax and hold still. Then pay what is asked, tip well, and do excellent and current aftercare 3 - 5Xs a day for as long as it takes (a month or more).

Q. I've decided next year i'm having a tattoo of orchids, a hummingbird and some butterfly's on my lower back, and comming off the tattoo will be swirly lines and dots, etc. Also after having the tattoo i really want to glam it up with some dermal anchors (/skin divers). My questions are:
1. Im not great with needles but can tollerate them, but could i use emla cream?
2. How much would this specific tattoo be and the piercings?
3. How are the dermals pierced?

Just a note : my tattoo will be fairly large but not insanely huge - lower right side of my back.
I live in the UK so anyone with prices please tell me them in £'s
If anyone has links to sites with some good tattoo ideas please let me know =]

Only question I can really answer is how the dermal anchors are placed.
You can watch videos on youtube, but basically a hole is made with their tools and the jewelery is slid in.

I didn't care how they looked to others....people who have the guts to tell you your tattoo is trashy in person isn't worth your time. And, frankly, you probably won't ever see them again......

So, no...I don't think it's trashy at all. People who say they are trashy are just jelouse. Those who matter, don't mind....Those who mind, don't matter. Just remember that. It's your body, your life. No one can tell you different.

And DUH! Tattoos hurt....but for my first tattoo, the whole thing took 7 hours and i'm a wimp! But with my second one, I couldn't feel it. I would recommend going on youtube and listening to some videos of people getting a tattoo....
The worst part for me is that "Buzzing" sound. :D

Why do i have to be gay for wanting to relax my hair?

I want to relax my hair to get it straight because I want to try something different(I'm black by the way). She keeps saying I have to be gay to do this( She calls me gay just for going to hang out with my friend a his house with other friends. I can even wear ******* jeans without her thinking I'm gay. All I want is to relax my hair to try a different look she keeps saying, "it's crazy and doesn't make sense,and boys aren't supposed to do that" theres a bunch of black guys on youtube who've done the same thing No one says **** to them about it.
