like... my middle school went through a stage where all the girls bought flip flops and tied strips of bandanas to them, making them look like colorful mops, and a few years grades before me, a bunch of kids went through a phase where everyone carried around pacifiers. just little silly things like that.
Answer
i remember those glass pacifiers that everyone had , it was pretty big in the early 90s.
there was also the come back of 60s 70s flair jeans , braided hair was also a big trend in the 90s when i went to elementary school in Canada..
i also remember those bracelets that are suppose to be like tattoo bracelets they were springy like plastic bracelets and chokers, everyone use to wear them.
now everyone has mainstreamed ''emo'' look and mainstreamed vampires all because of that crap show that is suppose to take over '' the buffy the vampire teen 90s scene''.which upsets me deeply.
but anyway i guess my favorite trend was ... none actually , i remember wearing bandannas and butterfly clips were ''in'' .. but to be honest i didn't really like any of them .. i did wear butterfly clips though .. so i guess ill chose that one.
butterfly clips are small plastic colourful butterfly shaped hair clips sometimes you could get them sparkaly or clear or solid colour.. Picture:

also hemp bracelets were in too at some point , i rememeber watching the older girls make them in the playground : http://www.jewelryvilla.com/hemp/10_Hemp_Bracelets/10HB.jpg
other then that there were diffrent trends that you couldnt wear that was going on :
like playing pogs : http://leebialecki.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/022208-1758-pogs1.jpg
people use to collect these and play and trade all over the playground. the school even paid for a trip to a pog manufacturer because it was such a huge hit with kids in the 90s.
also there was gameboy fad , were all the weird kids would gather around each other and play on there gameboy colors. yes i was apart of that ,and im proud.
there was also the hole Pokemon card craze back then , you couldn't know 1 kid that didn't collect those cards, everyone had them. this fad has died down a lot since it started...
there was also crazy bones after Pokemon died down

What is the average cost of a tattoo that is 2 inches max in diameter?
Jane_Doe
I'm not sure how much detail there will be, but it won't be that big... I even think it will be smaller than 2 inches. It's going to be either a star, flower, or butterfly.
Answer
Tattoo shops usually have a minimum price, no matter how small it is, usually $50.
I use Rocco's Old School Tattoo Balm on all of my old and new tattoo's.
It works great. Heals my new tattoo's nicely, keeps them moisturized and protected.
And still lets air pass through unlike Vaseline. Also makes my old tattoo's look new
