Question about getting a tattoo?

hi! I am looking into getting a tattoo for myself. I really like fairies, butterflies and girly kinds of art. I want it to be meaningful. I have been looking all over the internet, and I can't find something I really like. I really don't want to get something that someone else already has. I want it to be original.. Something that means something to me. Should I find a tattoo artists that could draw me up something? I suck at drawing so I know I won't be able to draw something up for myself.. I am kinda confused on exactly what I want, but I know I want something along the lines of a fairy or butterfly, or maybe even something that signifies my zodiac, scorpio. Maybe I could get somethin that has all three of those in the tattoo. Any suggestions? I don't want to get it done until I am sure. I know it is something that will always be there.

suggest finding those three images, and have tattoo artists or friends help design an image for tattoo,

There's so many pretty nice ones. Tumblr and instagram is better for finding ideas, I look up girly tattoos or like flower ones and birds. My sister got poppy flowers coming up the side of her calf they look really pretty. Other ideas are things like pin up girls, mermaids, flower petals, a lot of girls get colorful ones, I've seen story book scenes on girls, colorful day of the dead skulls. I'd try to stay away from really cheesy stuff like tiny symbols or like stars and cheetah prints. Dream catchers r nice, there's many pretty bow ones I've seen, cultural influenced things. There are many but I suggest getting one that really stands out. I'm getting an angel child tattoo somewhere on me about 6 in or bigger due to a very sad miscarriage. :/ I'm gonna draw one out soon. I suggest looking up the hashtag girly tattoos on ig and tumblr to inspire yourself. Best of luck!
