Im looking for a movie i seen a long time ago...all i remember is it was magical lol and it had like a house with a bunch of fairy tale creaters and there was a chick who lived on the streets who had a butterfly tattoo and she fell in love and something like that....PLEASE HELP

So quite a long time ago i watched this movie and i remember it was good but i dont remember what the name was.
All I can remember is that this man was trying to figure out his wife/girlfriends death, which had to do with this bus drowning, and i think she had a butterfly tattoo?
